Philip Sibiga began his career in the insurance industry as a manager at Aetna Life and Casualty, followed by eight years as an account executive with Mathog and Moniello Insurance Agency. During his time at Mathog and Moniello, he played a leading role in developing a workers' compensation insurance program on behalf of the Connecticut Automotive Traders Association, which comprised 350 new-car dealerships. Additionally, Philip Sibiga managed a self-insurance workers' compensation program for the Town of East Haven.

For much of his career, Philip Sibiga owned and drove operations at Premier Insurance Associates in North Haven, Connecticut. After nearly three decades in this position, he stepped down to become vice president at John M. Glover. He oversaw all insurance sales and client engagement activities during this role, including professional networking, client management, and sales strategy development.

Academically, Philip Sibiga holds a degree in finance from Providence College. He was a dean’s list student and played for four years as a member of the college’s varsity baseball team. His professional accreditations include certified insurance counselor and associate in risk management. During his time in the insurance industry, Mr. Sibiga served as a member of the Society of Insurance Counselors.
